If I’m offered a project doesn't fit my expertise, I won’t take it on. Better for you to work with a translator whose specialization fits what you need right from the start.
Professional standards and accountability are also core values, and I maintain active memberships in translator’s associations in France as well as in the US.

Likewise, confidentiality is key to a working relationship built on trust. Any sensitive business and personal information that you share are only used within the context of our project and not distributed to other people.
I also use Tresorit, an end-to-end encrypted cloud service, to safeguard my files and back-up projects on a daily basis.
